"Over 10 minutes on hold. Called on my cell phone was placed on hold there too after telling him he's already had me on hold. Tried to transfer the longer on hold call to my cell phone and it dropped. And they wonder why customers are so freaking frustrated. This pharmacy also used to give my wife Rxs in their manufacturer containers then in a plastic bag instead of actually doing work. I would covert it into a pill bottle in about 2 minutes effort."

"They are rude and always make it difficult. Go to sheperdsville wall mart pharmacy right down the road about 7 minutes much better and easier plus they close everyday from like 1 to 2 unlike any other one I guess they make up rules as they go. Don't quote to time but it s definitely something weird like that and it's definitely and hour. Almost 100% positive it's 100 pm"
