Forsythia Court Apartments

"I would definitely recommend for first time renters. Landlord is very fair and reasonable. Neighbors are AWESOME, FRIENDLY and Welcoming when you do run into them. Quiet and clean. Everyone keeps to them self and minds their own business. Apartments and grounds cleaning is kept up with. Like i said i would definitely recommend for anyone trying to get up on there feet/first time renters. I’m a person of privacy and being here definitely does provide that. Maintenance does one hell of job keeping up with all the residents and what needs to be fixed. This past month of 2024, when it had snowed, maintenance was working out in the cold attending to one of my close by neighbors issue. i just thought that was really cool of him to do in the past weather we had. It’s hard to find good maintenance people who can’t actually do their jobs and he did one hell of job for the time i’ve know and had a few talks with him. He’s came in and help me with a few of the minor things that i was having like changing the light bulb LOL. But other then that Definitely would RECOMMEND for FIRST time renters. Do Tip for first time renters : Down payment and 3 months just in case of any set backs. TRUST, i’m a living proof. Coming from building #16 6242. "My wife and I lived here for just over a year. Honestly the apartment itself could use a new ac/heat system (which is on the owners of the facility not the management or maintenance) past that though it’s a pretty sweet place to live. The property manager is the reason that we decide to live at forsythia. Most managers are difficult to get in contact with and have terrible communication. Jayson is detail oriented, very reachable, and a great communicator. If you’re reasonable and responsible, this would be a great option to look at if you need housing."

"Forsythia court apartments are nice. Nothing is updated, but they’re decent enough. Especially if you’re looking for something for your first apartment. The apartment manger is decent. When needing a service request it’s always fulfilled. Of course, experiences varies with each tenant. My experience has been an okay one. I’ve had issues with bugs, but each time I’ve put in a service request its gotten resolved. I think I’ve had that problem as my apartment is directly behind the paint room, which is directly behind the laundromat. These areas are not the cleanest. I also had standing water beside my apartment, which could also have caused the bug problem. Now, I have water leaking from my ceiling in the kitchen. Hopefully that gets resolved in a timely manner. I just think that I shouldn’t be having any of these problems as I am paying a pretty penny for a very small studio apartment. Also, the parking is frustrating at times because it’s limited. I work at night, so I’ve come home plenty of times with nowhere close to park."

"These Apartments are Superior. They show a bit of their age, but it adds character to the place! The Manager, Jayson and Maintenance Man Woody are always a step ahead of the needs of the residents, and helpful in any way!"

"Love living here. Very quiet safe and the other residents are nice. Apartments come with a very nice laundry room and a attic space and a nice little patio with a grassy area to plant if you want to. Can have a pet my kind of place. Any problems the staff gets it done promptly."
