"I have had nothing but issues and it takes a week if not longer for issues to get fixed. I pay for water with rent and they still haven’t been able to fix my water heater. The only time they’ve been able to get someone here within one day (same day) was when my apartment flooded, but they can let a family suffer without hot water to be able to do dishes, take shower/bath, or to clean bottles."
