"We are so thankful for OnDemand relocation. We moved across country and were having a REALLY hard time finding housing for our family.. Not only did we luck out when we needed a place they had one available the same day ! It was in a very nice neighborhood , quiet, safe, and had everything we needed inside the home while our belongings were in storage. They were incredibly easy to work and communicate with, fair pricing, and quick to fix something if anything broke. We are so very grateful for the time we stayed with them and would HIGHLY recommend !"

"We had water damage in our home, and Brian got us a super updated, secure apartment, fully furnished. Our insurance claim process was awful and we had a sketchy contractor that ghosted us. Brian not only got our insurance to approve temp housing, he also set us up with a new contractor. He literally saved us from a nightmare. He is responsive, professional, and somehow makes you feel like you’ve known him already. I will recommend him to anyone who needs temp housing."

"I highly recommend OnDemand Relocation. We had a pipe burst on Christmas Eve while on vacation. Brian (the owner) worked with us to understand our situation (two kids and three pets) and worked quickly to get us a hotel lined up for when we returned. It was pretty obvious from the damage that we would be out of our house for several months so Brian got a few apartments and house options to show us, in addition to letting us look and find an apartment that work for our needs (close to the house and kid’s school). We ended up moving into an apartment within a couple weeks and stayed there for almost 8 months. During this time Brian made everything easy for us. He took care of setting up internet, working with management on the furnishing of the apartment, and even dropped off extra bowls and silverware when we realized we didn’t have enough. I particularly liked that we had a single point of contact the entire time, and every time I reached out we received prompt action to fix any issue and quick answers to any of our questions. Again, I highly recommend OnDemand Relocation."

"I have nothing but good things to say about our relocation and rental experience this year. My husband and I both had to move to Louisville quickly with little time to prepare. This rental saved the day! It is a perfect apartment. And it is already furnished and felt like home away from home for us. The owner is super attentive and kind, he was quick to help us with many things. Even giving us great local advice. The neighborhood is amazing! The rental is walking distance to so many things. It was perfect for me as my husband was working away at the time. I felt safe walking to and from all the places near by. Now that we have moved into our own house we often think back on our time in this cozy space and miss it. A huge bonus isthe neighbors are amazing! We made lasting friendships in the short four months we lived there. If you choose the same rental as the one had, you'll love your next door neighbor John! And.... The yard is full of nature's beauty, i often saw bunnies, chipmunks and a variety of beautiful birds. This is a special place. Thanks for having us, Kat & Juan"
