CVS Pharmacy

"This is the worst pharmacy ever. Some of the employees are sweet but it doesn’t make up for NOT using their phones at all. My insurance, doctors and myself on multiple occasions have waited on hold for up to 3 hours and never once got them to pick up the phone bc they simply never pick up the phones. I’ve even been on hold with cvs customer service while they tried reaching out to their own company and they never answered for them after hours of calling. Shocker. They also get my prescriptions messed up on regular causing issues for me. They’ve inserted my insurance wrong causing me to go on a wild goose chase trying to figure out why my insurance isn’t working but really it was just inserted wrong. They always randomly decide to close for the day and it’ll be my pick up day so I’ll arrive and not be able to get my medication bc they gave no heads up. Or they’ll close early for no reason and guess what I don’t get my weekly medication. I’ve finally moved to a two week prescription so I don’t have to deal with this every week and guess what they messed that up also given me one weeks worth that was an old prescription that they should taken off of my profile but instead gave it to me so now I’m trying to get a hold of them to fix the situation and they aren’t answering. This place gives me anxiety and always leaves me feeling frustrated. It’s like they feel superior so they do the bare minimum and that’s unacceptable."

"Attempted to have a prescription transferred from another CVS to this CVS. I called and I sat on hold for over an hour, no one ever answered the phone. Tells me all I need to know about the service from this store. I went elsewhere."

"Tierney screams at their employees so when they're handing us the prescription the poor girl was sobbing crying. "If anybody even thinks of leaving to go home for the day or if they're sick they're immediately FIRED!" I will NEVER be returning to this store OR any CVS, this was appalling! Nobody deserves to be screamed and threatened at all because they're asking for help and stressed out. Tierney needs anger management classes and probably a raise, I even wish that on her angry hateful self."

"LMAO! I am laughing because its true they really do have more staff then every other pharmacy ive been too! And they are still slower then any other pharmacy ive been too..lolThey always tell me over the phone it will be ready in a half hour. So I wait amd head up there. Once I get there they tell me it will be another half hour... I switched pharmacy to westmoreland they don't close for lunch breaks and they are for real quick and helpful mostly tho they understand when someone needs their medication that they can't wait around half the day"
