"I’ve frequent this pharmacy several times in the past few years. I recently had an issue with my daughter’s prescription and the pharmacist took immediate action to resolve the issue. The pharmacy tech staff seemed a little new and could use more training. Had they had more training we likely wouldn’t have had the issue we had. They are very busy and the wait time is bit long at times, but that seems like all pharmacies in this area."

"This is by far the worst pharmacy I have ever used. The staff is uncaring and judgemental, as to your concern(s). When you call the wait time is usually long and most of the time they pick up and put you back on hold without saying a word or you get hung up on and have to call again. I only moved here after they bought out and closed Rite Aid. This is what happens when competitors are removed, they don't have to worry because your choices are very limited. I will switch everything to insurance mail-in and any others to Kroger Pharmacy and see how that goes!!! Walgreens Pharmacy on New Cut Rd is terrible!!!"

"Pharmacy was very busy, however, this particular Walgreens on Newcut moves the line very quickly. RX's are ready for pick up and if any one needs a consult, they are moved to a private area so the line continues to stay moving. It is always clean and Staff very helpful and kind. Thank you!"
