"Still debating about this place, there's ALOT of gun shots! Morning noon at nite. Nothing Noone can do. Stay to urself, smile if u c people outside and hope they keep on walking. Office people u have to keep a eye on ur account at all times, what u agree to pay in writing stick to it, cuz they try to put Xtra charges on u WITHOUT EXPLANATION OR IN DETAIL.they don't keep up with any yard work, can't get any good Lawn service. U don't pay for water, but it sometimes smells in your clothes. Don't forget about the SEWER SMELL AS SOON AS U WALK OUTSIDE! ,nothing they will or can do. Good luck. Now I just found out on a month to month looking to go elsewhere."

"Disappointed because the property manager was rude to my girlfriend when she was trying to figure out something about the lease. About to go up there to have a respectful sit down with the office. They are very uneducated on lease agreements and if they are going to stay on this path of threats and not following the lease agreement then legal action will be involved. I don’t just say that to scare anyone because believe me I don’t wanna have to spend all that money but when my future is on the line with these wrongful threats that they are giving out then it’s going to have to go there. I think this place has potential to flourish and they should start with reshaping the staff at the office. If you are wanting to move here then I suggest not to even if it’s your last hope because it was mine and if I could go back I would of never put myself in a position like this to take these kind of attacks. I also have voice recordings on the phone call in case they try to lie in a reply to this."

"I highly recommend this place to live. Kelli, Melisa and Everybody in this management team has been super amazing since I got here. My apartment did have a few issues when I moved in(these are historic buildings so that's to be expected) but each of them has went above and beyond to make sure that all the issues not only have got resolved but also resolved quickly. I honestly can't remember the last place that I or anyone I know has lived in a place with such a great staff. I can't say enough positive things about this place or it's management. If you're looking for a place to live come check out these beautiful apartments. From other housing experiences the office staff alone and their dedication to helping is worth it by a long mile."

"Terrible place! My girlfriend and I live here and we’re trying to get out of the lease!! The managers won’t email nor call us back for 3 weeks now!!! Pest control came out after 3.5 weeks saying how managers scheduled it around “their time frame” which is unacceptable for them to do when we had cockroaches and bed bugs in the complex. Our neighbors are harassing us and saying how they’re going to make our service dog disappear. Random dogs running around all the time. Trash thrown around. They’ll clean it up for a couple days to show it and then it’ll be destroyed again. The managers could care less!! We shouldn’t have to leave in fear of our animals being harmed by our neighbors!! And our managers not even responding about it anymore because they don’t care!"

"Absolutely horrible place to live. Considering I moved down here for college with no family I was honestly hoping this place would be nice since they were going through remodeling and everything! But having problems with bugs in the house is absolutely unacceptable! Recovering from cancer is hard enough and having a clean house environment is a must! From them lying and make false work orders to not returning phone calls and emails saying it’ll get taken care of. Our fridge was broken for 3 days and they didn’t care to help replace anything when they didn’t want to return any phone calls or emails to get it fixed. Worst place to rent. The management is absolutely terrible. They don’t care about neighbors being loud 24/7 or anything as long as they get their money."
