"Update: Reducing my rating to one star because this place is disgusting and still very expensive. There are thousands of cigarette butts all over the property, including sometimes inside the common areas of our building. Some residents just dump their trash all over the outside despite dumpsters being just feet away. The laundry situation has deteriorated further; now many of the dryers don't work. Management is aware of the issue but say they cannot get out of their contract with Jetz. Plus, I have had to call six times about our heating unit from 1990 not working. I have become friends with the maintenance men because they are here so often. The owners of course don't want to replace the unit despite it being 34 years old. None of my review should reflect on the office or maintenance staff. I am sorry to say this, but I cannot recommend these apartments. Although parts of them have been remodeled and look great, this does not outweigh other issues with them. First, doing laundry here is a nightmare. There is no in-unit laundry, just a ramshackle old building with five working washing machines for 300 units and at least a dozen washing machines that don't work at all, including one that has had disgusting, smelly water sitting in it for months. This water simply needs to be drained out, but the maintenance people won't do this because the washing machines are supposed to be serviced by a vendor, "Jetz," who apparently never shows up. So 300 units worth of people get to share five washing machines and enjoy the odor as they fight to get a machine. There is a coin laundry place nearby with nicer washers, but it is expensive and, yes, only takes coins. In 2023. Yep. Don't worry, they're happy to charge you $2.50 per transaction at their ATM. Second, the remodels are not really complete. Most of our unit does look pretty nice, but has a horrifying, rusting bathtub that tells the truth about how old these buildings really are. The bathtub is a health hazard because rust exposes people to lead. I am shocked that they would give anyone this bathtub, but here we are. Supposedly they can reseal them, but you have to vacate the apartment for 48 hours. Why was this not done before when the previous tenant moved out? Also, I have reported a leak in the bathroom of our unit three times to different people in different ways (verbally and in writing) and no one has followed up. One might think that management might want to protect their investment, but apparently they don't care about their brand new floors. Third, unfortunately, there are lots of tenants here who have no respect for the environment and throw trash out their balconies and into the patios of the lower units and even into the creek. I stood and watched a 10-year-old girl throw plastic water bottles into the creek directly behind our unit as if it were some fun activity for her. Undoubtedly she learned this behavior from her parents. Of course it's not just her, but multiple people, and they love to throw their cigarette packages and butts on the ground everywhere too. I am not sure if these people just don't know about trash cans, or what. Sometimes there is random trash just scattered in the parking lot. One time there was a trail of watery animal feces going to the dumpster whose scent could be detected from quite far away. And yes, you could easily step in this yourself. Unleashed dogs running around is a daily occurrence. All management does about this is send out text messages in English telling people to leash their dogs. Since many residents understand very limited to no English, in some cases this does absolutely nothing. I have also encountered one group of small children, including one that couldn't have been over 2, running around unsupervised in the parking lot. There is a nice looking pool that was never opened in 2023. Why is that? I will say that the manager Cindy is very nice and helpful. She is doing her best, but these issues are too big for one person to solve. Clearly there needs to be a bit more investment in this place."
"My experience since moving out on August 12, 2023, has been less than satisfactory due to an unresolved issue concerning an overpayment of rent amounting to $1100.90. Despite my consistent efforts over the last two months—calling the office regularly, sending emails, and the few times I managed to get through on the phone—I have not received the agreed reimbursement. The communication from the management has been lacking. While they acknowledged the overpayment on September 6, 2023, and assured me they would get back to me, there has been no follow-up or resolution to date. I am hopeful that this review will prompt a swift and fair resolution to this matter. I am eager to update this review to reflect a positive resolution, should the management address and rectify the issue."

"Lived here for a little over a year and a half and would not recommend . I’m being charged for a pool and a gym I’ve never got to step foot into. I’ve been looking at full pool for months they are still refusing to open. The mice are so bad there was a snake coming out a mice whole in the wall found the snake almost 2 weeks ago now. They trapped it in my wall and left. No one has come to remove it. And I have children. If you're looking for apartments drive right past these. Made look really nice on the outside while they are still falling apart on the inside. I also wanted to add ms jacinda has been perfect everytime I call up there. It’s Lisa that refuses to put in any work orders and I know she doesn’t put them in bc I’ve heard from maintence and terminex myself my complaints for over a year and half have not been brought to their attention at all. She should not be manager"
"I honestly wish i had taken the time to look into these apartments before moving in. While they aren’t necessarily the worst apartments and the prices aren’t awful, they have a SERIOUS issue with cockroaches. I feel like they don’t take this issue seriously at all. I’ve lived here since august of last year and do not plan on renewing my lease. I’m an extremely clean person and every time i ask about the roaches they “send an exterminator” but i have seen absolutely 0 improvement in this issue. I have emailed and asked for full-building extermination and nothing happens. So unless you’re going to be okay with have roaches, i highly suggest going somewhere else."
