"The manager Tana is very nice and friendly. She is really helpful with everything. The new maintenance man Robert is very nice and he goes out of his way to help fix anything that goes wrong! He’s always busy doing something and keeping the apartments and outside clean and fixed! The last maintenance man we never seen him. I’m so glad we got someone here that will help. I love this place and all the friendly people! Thank you."

"I Love this complex & the people running it! The maintenance man- Pat is wonderful! He fixes things as soon as there is a problem and he is great to talk with! Shonda- the office woman is always so kind and willing to help in anyway she can! There are families around here who leave their garbage on the ground and let their kids scream right outside of your window- but they have put in place new rules that has reduced this from happening. The inside of the apartments are very nice, especially since this is my first apartment ever! This place is all sorts of great!"

"When we lived in these apartments, we live comfortably. It truly is a safe quiet place. I never saw any pest. They are caring and punctual, and maintenance is very knowledgeable. It's been years but I miss living here and I wish we had never moved."
