"We don't usually stay in 2.5 star hotels but my husband stayed here for work because it's close to his job and had availability. I was really shocked how nice the hotel was. Viral the manager made sure that our stay was excellent. The hotel was very clean, updated and reasonably priced."

"Had an unforeseen emergency leaving my newborn in the hospital. Was supposed to be discharged the next night but was pushed to the following morning. Although their hotel was NOT sold out they charged me for the night. I didn’t want to cancel for I didn’t know if we would be making a late arrival or not. You would think people would have a heart considering the situation but NOPE! I will never book with them again. I’m out of $200+ thanks to them… many amazing hotels surrounding them, take your money there. Also had to wait 10 minutes at front desk with no assistance!"

"Room was not clean, and was not updated. We booked a king size bed and had travel sized pillows, did not get any sleep. The breakfast was subpar. The staff was friendly and helpful but that is about all I can say good about our stay. We won't be staying here again"

"A dump!!! Given room 303 and it had serious black mold all over the curtains. Given room 308 next and it had even more mold. The overall hotel smells. Overall hotel dirty. Stayed 5 days and not once did an employee say good morning or anything nice/friendly. Breakfast was laid out and at 5:45 an employee saw the need to yell at me not to go into breakfast area before 6. I will never stay in a Ramada again. This was one of the worst hotels I've ever stayed in. I switched to the Hilton at same price and it is 100% better!!"
