"I couldn’t be happier from my experience working with Executive Group Property Management. They managed my rental for almost 15 years. They have always been very responsive to me and the tenants, and their management and maintenance fees are very affordable. They recently represented me as I sold the property, and Adam did an excellent job as my realtor. I strongly recommend them both for owners and renters."

"Avoid at all cost! They are awful bookkeepers and managers. They have tried to file an eviction notice on us, even though I informed them of our move out day. Plus, when we first moved in, the place wasn't ready, so we had to wait a week until they were finished. I didn't get my pro rated rent back either! Also, the staff is rude and unprofessional. I have had a maintenance person just walk in without even knocking. I was in a towel at the time getting ready for work. He didn't even apologize and I had to scream at him to get to get out. Update: Since my review, they posted a reply. Again very unprofessional and their lack of knowledge of who does what at their properties speak volumes. Again, Avoid At All Cost!"

"We rented through EGPM for almost 5 years. With the exception of two issues; first being charged late fees in the month of February every year. This may be because we paid our fees at least one calendar day before they were due. Nevertheless accounting can improve in this area. Second would be not fulfilling their responsibility as an agent of the previous owners and notifying us of sale and forwarding information in accordance with Kentucky law. EGPM did not own the property we rented. As such repairs were denied or poorly done. This was at the request of the actual owner. For those who feel they have issue with timely repair, you may want to verify who owns the property. All said depending on a persons needs I would reccomend EGPM in the future."

"Reached out to them for a showing of one of their rentals. They scheduled me for appointment that day. At the time of the appointment no one shows up. I called to find out if anyone is coming to show it. The person on the phone proceeds to tell me that usually HE calls to confirm the appt or he doesn’t go,… no one called at all. She said she would check on it… she never called back. We ended up leaving. We were in town driving around waiting on this appointment to not even be called at all to say they were not going to be there. Unprofessional. I will not rent from here at all."
