"I checked in about a week ago and was told point blank that as part of their hospitality to clients who booked months at a time that there would be women provided. It was explained to me that they would come discreetly as house keeping etc knock on the door and arrange meet up times and make arrangements. Anyone want to guess what hasn't happened yet? At this point the little blonde at the front desk needs to get off her behind and come bend herself over the table in my room or send someone from housekeeping to handle it."

"Very friendly hotel staff, pet friendly, nice rooms but not a true suite. The kitchenette in the room is functional, nice full-size refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher. There's a nice cabinet in the lobby with additional kitchen appliances. They have a large outdoor patio with gas grills and picnic tables. Free laundry room and nice sized fitness room. The bed was very comfortable. Over all great experience! More of a 3 star experience: the furniture in the room was not comfortable. The dishes available in the room were sparse. Our microwave died after one use, but we had too much stuff to switch rooms (they tried repairing but couldn't.) We made do and don't fault them, but it did make cooking more difficult.. The food pantry in the lobby was a little low on variety and inventory. Would love the opportunity for recycling."

"We had to travel and bring our dog and Candlewood accommodated us. The room was good, what we needed for the week. I'm not sure if they had a pool, but they have a little gym and laundry facility. I would have given them 4 stars but Everytime we left and came back our room card wouldn't work and we had to get a new one... Every. Time. But other than that, would stay again."

"The rooms are nice, but I was completely thrown when we found out we had to change our own sheets and re stock the bathroom. They never came and cleaned. That was a neglectful experience. The two hotels next to them are much better."

"Horrible. Made a reservation for 4 rooms through booking dot com. Arrived from Texas and there's NO reservation and no rooms. Staff were not empathic, they were rude and wouldn't take any responsibility for not booking us. They actually accused us of yelling at them when we were more than cordial considering the circumstances. There was communication between us and the hotel through booking dot com, when we asked if we could check in at 2pm instead of 3pm they replied that we could. Not sure why they would tell us we can check in early if we don't even have a reservation. They somehow managed to get THAT message but not my actual reservation. Terrible customer service. Stay somewhere else if you can."
