"I lived here 3 years. Apartments were really big for the price. I started out at $470 for 816 sq ft. Apt was clean, management was always prompt for any issues. Rent raised $25 the next year then $30 after that. Overall, for the price you cant beat it. Wish there were more washers and dryers and the wish the laundry room stayed opened later (my work schedule was crazy) and would have to lug my clothes elsewhere when I had a chance to wash. They need to put some soundproofing in those walls because you can hear everything. Need to do something about the apt doors because they are heavy and idiots let them slam shut instead of pulling them close. They would make the loudest boom and shake the walls. Parking sucked also. All in all, it was a nice place. No real area for kids to play, no pool, no exercise room or anything. Convenient location though."
