"My rent has changed 5 times and I been here a year. Nothing gets fixed on time. Mold. Spiders everywhere."

"This place is a joke. I paid 1500 to move in Dec. 16th. Paid 1135 for January, 1085 for February, 1035 for March . Tried to pay Aprils only to be told that I never paid March's rent. Got evicted even after showing my receipts in court. My daughter had black mold growing in her room that wasn't fixed or addressed until April, when it was reported in January. Washer wouldn't drain cuz their plumbing is so bad. Dish washer not bolted in nor drained right. All with Pictures as soon as I find how to post them I will."

"Unprofessional people who get smart with you asking questions about your house and what you need fix the very first day I moved in and my toilet broke I couldn’t even use the bathroom in my own house it took them almost a month to fix it and that was only cause we had inspections from the state coming to see how bad these apartments are don’t order nothing cause your packages will get stolen and they won’t do nothing but tell you to get a ring cam something you shouldn’t have to do this year has by far been the worst place I ever lived that’s why I’m moving out and found me some where 10 times better and alot cheaper your paying a 1000 in rent every month and you can’t get a simple maintenance man to do nothing or if they do do something it’s only a quick fix when it brakes again you’ll be in the same situation and it might take longer"

"Raised rent outrageously high anywhere from $150. To $270. More at one time , so far they've remodeled apartments that were empty. I've been promised a remodeled for mine, I'll post if it happens ! Right now I keep getting calls from the year 1972, it wants my carpet, appliances, and tile back if and when they come through with all that I'll post updated pictures ( we shall see). Oh yeah I opened bathroom medicine cabinet and the door with mirror on it came off in my hands"

"We've been here 2 years and not renewing for a third. The apartments are great for The price management is very friendly. Im only giving them 3 stars because its like pulling teeth to get things fixed we were only able to use one plug in the kitchen and it took 2 years of complaining to get it fixed. The parking sucks you're never able to park near your building and the train sucks too. I never had any problems with bugs or my neighbors."
