Finish Line Apartments

"As I search for apartments I always read reviews left by previous/current tenants, which can tell alot about the Management. Although there are a few good reports of management being awesome. I can clearly see that this management team cares nothing about it's tenants, leaving them without air for weeks, black mold, trash everywhere, landscaping gone downhill, pool closed or not enough chemicals to service it, but yet you increase rent for people who work hard, so they can have a decent place to live. Which isn't much to ask, especially if they are paying rent. Reading the reviews, I would never rent from these people! Take your hard-earned money elsewhere, it's NOT WORTH IT!"

"DONT MOVE HERE!!! They have black mold in their apartment. Management is horrible, pool don’t have chemicals to keep the water clean. Pay to much for rent for this place to look like this! We didn’t have air for months and they didn’t do anything about it. WE WANT A MEETING WITH THE OWNER!!!!!"

"The quality of these apartments have drastically decreased since the new management company took over the property. There is trash everywhere, the landscaping is no longer a priority, and many tenants are left without basic living necessities such as air and pest and mold control. The pools was closed for the majority of last summer and now has been closed the entire summer. And this is one of the many unkept and disappointing “amenities” that are included in our rent. Rent shouldn’t be increasing when the quality of living here is decreasing. There has been no one in the office for weeks so many of our issues have been unheard and unresolved. Someone was finally in the office to do damage control this week after the news segment aired. I had questions regarding terminating my lease due to the dramatic change in the state of the apartments, but I was told it couldn’t be located at the time. What is really going on? Finish line used to be a nice place to live but it just keeps going downhill."

"New management took over May 16th this has been a horrible experience my air has gone on and out days at a time in the hottest days of the summer I’ve been unable to reach anyone in the office as of last week no one has been in office they won’t tell us who owns these apartments they won’t tell us how to reach Coperate or how to reach management. The lady Rolanda in the office after apartments were sold has been super nasty. She even had her son in the office playing security because tenants aren’t happy. I’m sad that I have to move out considering I do love my apartment and neighbors but I don’t have a clue when my air will be fixed or anything"
