"Excellent customer relations... I've been to many gun shops in town, and though this shop is small, they have a well-chosen selection, and prices are very reasonable. Best thing about them is their manner. They don't pressure, they are very friendly and easy going, they like to talk with you, and most importantly they subtly determine what your current knowledge is and help you accordingly making even a novice feel comfortable. I think if I wanted something they didn't have, I'd just have them order it for me. I like them that much."
