"Great variety of shoes but the actual store needs some work. It's super dark inside and the bathroom is disgusting. This place needs some TLC."

"I made a return and the cashier was incredibly rude. While I was waiting in line, she stood to the side barking orders at another cashier who clearly needed help. She disappeared and came back when the line got longer because the sole cashier needed help again. When she called me up she was incredibly off putting. There was absolutely no small talk and when I asked if I needed to insert my card for the return, she barked at me too. At the end of the transaction, instead of giving any inclination that everything was done, she said “ummmm”. Me, having no idea what “ummm” meant, asked if everything was done and she said “yeah.” That was genuinely one of the worst customer service interactions Ive ever experienced. Since when is “ummmm” and acceptable way to speak to people? How was I supposed to know what that meant? I don’t know her name but she was wearing a JCTC tshirt on Sunday, September 24th. If your that unhappy at your job, don’t take it out on the customers— get a new one :)"

"Excellent shoe store with a huge variety. Store was clean, well stocked and organized well. Friendly staff that helped with questions. Will be back!"

"The staff are friendly. The environment is very dark which makes it hard to see. I felt unsafe in the bathroom because it was so dark, see pictures added. They have a large selection of shoes as well as a large clearance selection."

"Bad customer service. Cashier was complacent and uninterested. Very pushy about getting my personal information when I insisted I didn’t want to share it. Realized once I got home that she didn’t even open the box to make sure it was the correct shoes and remove the safety tag. I live in a different county so I have to make a trip back."
