"I had a very bad experience today at Amazon return counter with one of rude lady attendant. After long time I went to this store for Amazon return. I had 2 returns. I gave one at a time. This lazy women never asked me Do I have more returns either. Since I gave her twice ,she took the scissors and cut one of 20% coupon printed on my return receipt and dump it in trash. When questioned she got mad and shouted on me in front of other customers. KHOLS need more smiley and discipline cashiers"

"A person near the entrance was very helpful in helping me find work-out pants. At checkout the store associate cheerfully summoned me to her post. I was unsure of how to claim the current coupon, so she efficiently took care of it and then, at my request, explained the whole transaction to me."

"If you forgot to pick up a store pick up order, but only do they return the merchandise to the shelf, they keep your money too. I went to the store a day late, to learn I couldn't make a return without the product, the product was put back and unless you do a chargeback your not getting your money back.."

"I love Kohl's and have been shopping here often for years. The fitting room attendant today was very rude and I ended up cutting my shopping spree short because I didn't want to interact with her any further. I had about a dozen dresses I needed to try on and so I had taken my limit of 5 and had my husband hold the rest to swap out. There were no other people waiting on a room until after I had already taken my last few dresses in to try on. When I was about to leave the room from trying on the last dress the attendant called me out saying there was a limit of 5 items, which I had followed. She also copped an attitude with my husband when he had given her a damaged dress that I hadn't even tried on. We just wanted to make sure it didn't go back on the rack as it was torn in multiple places. I understand wanting to make sure others are getting to use the facilities as there is only one fitting room left, but make sure someone is actually breaking the rules before speaking to them in a rude tone."
