"EXCELLENT customer service!! Chad went above and beyond for me with my purchase. I had a little confusion, and he went out of his way to clear things up and fix it. I had a special order and with it being the holidays, it typically would have taken longer than normal to ship to store. I picked up my gun a few days after purchasing and paying for it, so the turn around is awesome. Not to mention, the price blows any other gun shop out the park!! Nothing but friendly, and compassionate employees who know all about the guns and answers any question that you have. You can tell that they really care. "Excellent customer relations... I've been to many gun shops in town, and though this shop is small, they have a well-chosen selection, and prices are very reasonable. Best thing about them is their manner. They don't pressure, they are very friendly and easy going, they like to talk with you, and most importantly they subtly determine what your current knowledge is and help you accordingly making even a novice feel comfortable. I think if I wanted something they didn't have, I'd just have them order it for me. I like them that much."
