"Horrible place to live landlord has her whole family set up in multiple apartments that don’t work milkin the system! Can’t get maintenance which is also landlord family to fix anything in timely manner! Tries to back date documents to cover her own mess ups! Just a complete slumlord! DO NOT MOVE HERE! We have had mold in our bathroom whole 2 years we have lived here only been in once to try to correct it! If I could give Zero stars I would that’s how horrible the management is here!"

"Issues with heating in the units during the winter months. If neighbor has roaches it doesn't matter how well you keep your place cleaned and sprayed, you still get them. Children's park has missing items so no way to swing or really play much. When band is in season at high school, you hear it daily and loudly. Some neighbors blare music every day. Manager changed emergency number without letting tenants know where to call in case of emergency. Outlets are out of date and anything you plug in stays loose and falls out. Kitchen, hallway and bathroom and one closet are the only places that have light fixtures. Bedrooms have light switches that run to nothing including outlets. Toilet is loose and rocks when you sit on it. Windows and doors are out of date and leak a lot of air in. Carpet in bedrooms but flooring in rest of apartment is bubbling. Wiring is old and causes issues with faulty smoke alarms and such. I would give higher rating if the apartments were up to date. Cant control how any neighbors are. Have good and bad. Parking area needs new paint lines, otherwise you are contacted to move your vehicle a couple inches because cars park too close. Would suggest they assign parking spots to help things out too. This apartment complex needs a lot of work maintenance wise and management wise."

"I live here now and yes they are not the best apartments but when kila was the manager it was much better now this new manager Debby is absolutely awful getting paperwork done super late so you have to pay high rent everything has a 75 dollar fee we have lived here for 2 years we're always on time with our rent but we noticed 2-3 weeks ago tops 5 bed bugs in that time frame and called Debby about it she said she would spray on the 2nd of January and then tried to blame them on us we've lived here for 2 years and never had bedbugs they don't just pop out of thin air so we assume we have a month to get all this done then we get a knock on the door friday at lunch time and they tell us oh where spraying your house Friday so in order to prep the house for being sprayed we have to throw away all our furniture and most of our belongings and what's left has to be bagged and cleaned all in one weekend when my boyfriend has to work and I have a bad back we finally got it all done barely having to stay up the whole weekend and after we finish cleaning he had to go to work with no sleep so we're taking the last load of trash down and our downstairs neighbors ask us what we're doing and I tell him he says oh we had those last month and had to get rid of a bunch of stuff so she could spray so Debby neglected to tell anyone in the building that someone had bedbugs and she sprayed so they could just run away and go to your apartment but also she didn't tell anyone else that she was spraying our apartment and was mad when I told our neighbors that they complain and ask for their apartments sprayed too I've never had bed bugs but I'm at least smarter than this manager to know if one person in the building has bedbugs you have to spray the whole building and you legally have to tell people in your apartments about bed bugs if asked this woman caused use to loose over 3000 dollars worth of furniture,cloths,dishes, and personal belongings not even counting the family treasures we lost of people no longer with us then this woman gets mad at us for filling the dumpster and says we have to pay a 75 dollar fee for dumping charges when she's made us do this I've always seen couches and things out there and they get taken with out a problem and I'm not paying someone 75 dollars to someone who has already made us loose so much do not live here it's awful"

"I stayed with a friend for awhile here... I loved it their cute little apartments especially if it's your first little place of your own,or a single parent,or even a small little family it's great. It's just like living anywhere else you might have other people fighting,selling drugs,nosing In your business but that's anywhere you just got to mind your business and stay out of all of that above. I'm trying to get an apartment here as im writing this."
