"We loved staying on this beautiful property. It was absolutely perfect! Mary has decorated the cottage beautifully with amazing prints, paintings and books about Kentucky. The bed was sooo comfortable-the sheets were really high quality and I think they were even ironed! Everything throughout the cottage was clean and pristine! The grounds were stunning....there were several fields of sunflowers that were in full bloom and so picturesque. If you want a peaceful, restful and beautiful place to stay, look no further. I can't wait to go back!"

"Right in the heart of Bourbon county and rolling hills of Thoroughbred farms sits this hidden gem. Mary was a spectacular hostess along with Cooper her friendly dog, and her 3 pasture horses and 2 donkeys. I recommend this B&B to anyone looking for a great stay while in Kentucky. We visited Keeneland, Paris, Buffalo Trace distillery and more while here with our 2 teens."

"Nice bed and breakfast. Long driveway to get back to the cottage but beautiful place. Lots of places to walk and it brought me back to my years of growing up on a dairy farm. The host has cattle and 2 horses. We were lucky enough to see a baby calf being born and that was only one of three in 2 days. Great experience. Nice place to stay with lots if history."

"Paris is a beautiful drive and I felt my cares fade as traveled there. My stay at the cottage was so wonderful. The owner is a fantastic host and what a cook! The breakfast was spectacular and I love that she sources her ingredients from local farmers and bakers. The cottage itself is steeped in history with something interesting in every corner. The library is so perfect to just cozy up and enjoy a good book. The farm is gorgeous and great for a stroll along the creek or a picnic at the pond. I can't wait to go back again!"
