"I rode my bike to this place to get a feel of what it was like. It was very nice, and there was a big center lake. The apartments were high-quality as well, and there was a a pool. Although, there are some train tracks right next to the apartments and there are no stores within walking or biking distance."

The process of adding me onto the lease was simple, and the staff worked closely with us to make sure everything went smoothly. "As many of the reviews said, if I could zero stars I would. The place is beautiful but the management is just awful! There's a lack of communication, lack of explanation, disorganization, and more. If you want to know anything you either have to call or go to the office and even then they make things so difficult. They'll call anyone on your lease and tell them any problems they are having with you rather than calling you. And the problems are typically their fault. We've been here for 3 years and have had the worst experience. Management has changed multiple times and it just gets worse and worse. Gina is extremely rude and unprofessional. Her attitude is awful. If you are wanting to live here...good luck."

"Love the apartment amenities and the environment. Staff are very friendly. The rental process was made very simple. Was a perfect find for rebuilding credit to prepare for buying a home. Maintenance response is very quick and can be requested online. Very convenient to pay rent online as well. Perfect place to be for a working college student or family with teens needing a quiet community!!!"
