"Today I got to meet Jack, from the maintenance team. Apparently we needed a window replaced that was filed before we moved in here. Jack explained the situation very well. He was very friendly to me and my pets. He checked all windows just to make sure he got the right one. Him and his team did a great job working together. At the end when they were done, Jack swept the floor for me. I total recommend Jack for any job."
