"Was there to return an item to Amazon. The two young employees traded looks to see who was going to deal with me. After 1 minute, one gave up and asked me what I needed. Only to print the label to ship item through UPS. He immediately gave me an instruction sheet for printing. I asked him to do it as I'm not good with computers. He decided to just explain and turned away. Tried to print but couldn't and then asked in a loud voice for help. The employee decided to ignore me, and the manager came and helped. Was out an extra charge on my card due to no help for customers."

Since, the UPS STORE AT PRICE THEIR PRINTER IS BEEN DOWN SINCE 2020. Kudos to victoria and ups department at staples :)"

"Went here to get a Pentel Energel Style pen. The cashier told me more pens were in aisle 15. The pen I wanted needed an associate to retrieve it, unfortunately the only associate I found was headed to lunch. She called for someone to help me and I waited for 8 minutes. No one showed up and as I was leaving I remembered we needed a SD card. I didn't want to go to another store so I checked their stock. They had a 128GB card for $49.99 so I bought it and got a $10 coupon off for my next $20 purchase. However this did not make up for them ignoring me but I did get something I needed."
