"Always one employee behind the counters, dirty and most times when I'm sick I have to wait about 3-4 days for medication."

"Easily becoming the worst pharmacy in the area. Always atleast 5-6 people in line with one person working behind the counter. More employees just kinda walking around stocking shelves when they can easily hop back to help and scan the meds so we can be on our way. Atleast a one hour wait anytime you come nowadays"

"Anytime I come here or have to talk to them on the phone they act completely put out for having to do their job. I know they’re busy and there aren’t enough workers but a little kindness goes a long way."

"I use to get my grandsons refills and medication on time and really congratulated the staff in the pharmacy for such a good job. But the last 3 weeks has been horrendous. I have check on a certain medication 3 times in the last week, the last time I went in on Tuesday 9-21-21, the medication was in, but they had not prepared it for our pickup. The tech said it "May" be ready tomorrow. This is seizure medication that he needs. So needless to say I have taken my business elsewhere. Someone from higher up needs to come down and check on this Walgreens. I am not the only one with a complaint. And I did call the district office and filed one. And they hardly ever answer the phone."

"I'm so conflicted. The people I've worked with at this location have always been kind. It is obvious that the pharmacy is struggling to handle the volume that is coming into the store. What has happened to cause this pharmacist shortage? Is it just Walgreens? Sounds like they need to close a few locations until they can re-staff. I'm almost out of my meds, had to call three times on something that is on auto-refill. It's still not ready. I'll be out soon. Gonna need to move on to another pharmacy!"
