"Rethinking my 5 stars from a month ago. 2 rude people in 2 days. Plus they decided you can’t get your meds the normal 2-3 days before they’re actually due. Said they changed their policy but no explanation, and very rude. It’s pretty tough when you’re going out of town, or you are a 24 hour/7 days/week caregiver who needs to pick meds up while working around the caregiver’s schedule. Not good customer service after all. Really didn’t like the snarky attitude. So, we’ll see going forward."
