"One of the only 24 hour pharmacies in the city and they decided to randomly close at 8pm today. We sat on hold from 715-750 until finally deciding to go to the store and see if they had the prescription.. since they never came to phone... Then we got there at 8:07 to see that they'd decided they wanted to close at 8 today. Naturally, the doctor's office also closed at 8, so we're stuck waiting for the morning. Should've just saved the headache and sent it to Walgreens. Get it together CVS."

"If I could give this CVS 0 stars, I would. My prescription is never ready when I show up, even though I receive texts that tell me they’re ready. I am currently waiting behind 8 other cars, as the drive thru is the only option. I have been here for 16 minutes, and only one car has been helped. Something has got to give. This has been a terrible CVS for years."

"I ordered my Rx refill on 09/08/23 on the app. I never received notification that it was ready. I checked the app on 09/12/23 and it did not show I had an order for that Rx. I tried to call the pharmacy but was on hold for 20 minutes before I finally had to hang up. On 09/13/23 I called and ordered the refill via the phone (no person, automated). I was told by recording that it would be ready for pickup by 6:30 pm. I arrived at the drive-thru after 6:30 and was told it was not ready because they did not have pharmacy techs come in that day to fill them. I was told it would be ready the next morning. Now skeptical, I called the next morning on the way to work and the recording said it would be ready after 3:00 pm. I went by after work at 6:00 pm and the drive-thru line was wrapped around the building and I did not have time to wait. I came back at 10:00 pm and the drive-thru line was again long so I tried to go inside but there was a sign that the inside counter for the pharmacy was closed due to staff shortage. (Additionally there was a sign that the store was closed due to staff shortage...this is a 24-hour store and pharmacy). I waited in the line for 45 minutes only to be told at the window at 10:45 pm that it was still not ready but would be ready the next morning. FINALLY, the following morning I received a text that it was ready and when I returned at 5:30 that afternoon, I was able to get my medication. A full week after I had tried to order the refill! This is highly unprofessional and unacceptable! I will be moving my prescriptions elsewhere. I had moved from another CVS to this one because the hours at the other one kept getting cut due to staff shortages. I thought a 24-hour location would be more on top of maintaining staff but that was not the case. At the least, they should answer their phones and let people know the truth."
