"Hadn't visited mi casa in over a year. We were in the area with some friends who had never been so we invited them out. Mi Casa still maintained their reasonable prices but the customer service was lacking. Our friends loved most of the pricing but we're real turned off by the service. We've been there tons of times and today had been our first bad visit. Hope they were just having an off day."

"I had bought a bed set and 2 of my dressers and night stand glass was broken and leg off as well. I had called to see if they can deliver the i teams to me since I had rented a uhual, they told me they could not, since of COVID I then had a friend call and ask if they deliver and they told him they did. I then called back and asked for a refund and they did not want to give me my money at all."

"I went here and I immediately picked the mattress I wanted even though the service was terrible I wanted that mattress. And I planned to buy two from them on the spot. But the lady said the size I wanted wouldn’t come for 2 weeks. So I said I’d wait. It’s been a month and I still haven’t gotten my mattress. I even left a down payment. If you’re not gonna have your merchandise don’t promise anything."

"I am from out of town so I called for directions and spoke to Claudia. She was very courteous and informative on how to get there. I will definitely be stopping by just by the great customer service given to me over the phone. Glad I ran into their commercial on YouTube out of all places! :D"

"Great selection of quality furniture from other places. You don't have to pay the high end price! I had originally bought my chairs ($129 each) . I wanted an extra for just incase for the holidays and founded here for $79.... ever since then I bought multiple things from here and I loved it!"
