"Beautiful and quiet place. Exactly what my wife and I were looking for. I think it will be a wonderful experience living here. The attention provided by the office workers has been excellent. The apartment is very nice and cozy."

"1. OnLY GOOD thing here is Inside of my apartment is upgraded 2. The new property manager is no help at all. She said cleaning the hallways and areas in front of apartment is not office responsibility.. can you believe her?? 3. The community itself is so disgusting.. you cannot walk your dog At All. No body picks up after their pet. 4. People literally throws their left over food outside. 5. The community itself is huge dumpster. 6. They did this whole pet screening before approving my dog. But rest all dogs in the community are super aggressive. 7. The dog park is just a disgusting corner, not at all maintained, not even plain surface. Dogs can't even run around. There are so many things wrong here. Just SAVE yourself and book apartment somewhere else"

"So far we have enjoyed our apartment at southgate landing since our lease started in September 2023. I like the trash valet service provided by the complex, pet friendly, parking is usually really good, it’s a safe environment in the complex, and staff does a pretty good job of dealing with issues. Only real complaint i have is the Valet workers can pick up ripped trash bags and spread it throughout the area leaving it on sidewalks and in the grass. They don’t want to pick it up once it’s out of bags. Place is Not a dump but just some loose trash here and there. We have two small dogs and one of them got a hold of a chicken bone near the sidewalk and I had to extract it from his mouth. Besides needing to hire someone to pick up trash daily I think Southgate landing has been the best apartment complex I’ve stayed at so far."

"Remodeled unit was nice. Staff was courteous and helpful. The apartment is close to pretty much everything you need. My only complaint is that the floors are pretty thin so you can hear everything above you."
