"Have loved the experience here so far. Maintenance with what little issues we’ve had has been taken care of in 24 hours or less. And the Property management have only been kind towards us. :) This is a Great place to call home."

"Apartment was nice but dated. I live there 6 plus years never had a problem. Area is relatively quiet and outside maintain very well. The only problem I have is the office staff completely unhelpful and confused will not work with you on anything out 14 days. Never had a late payment always been compliant. I had one mistake do to a lot family emergency. Just really sad so they couldn't help me out in a tough situation. I don't recommend living there unless you're you can handle poor management."

"I want to start by saying I love everything about my apartment. I love the area and the convenience. Nothing's perfect but I enjoy my space. I've lived here for almost 3 years and just renewed for another but I've had some unfortunate situations arise. I was a victim of fraud and someone hacked my account and reversed two months of rent then sent it to themselves. After getting my bank to credit my account, I immediately paid the two months that were reversed. Unfortunately, Lyndon Crossings charged me a late fee and returned check fee for those two months even though I paid it on time originally. I was told by the manager and regional manager that there was nothing they could do and I'd be responsible for the balance. Tried calling my bank who said they can't credit anything that's not on my account which makes sense. I just don't understand why I have to pay $200+ for something I can't control. I was told that technically my rent was late when that's not the case. I even showed documentation from my bank explaining the issue. I'm rarely ever late and when I am I pay my fees as agreed. I'm sure there's a way to reverse the fees or credit them but I'm stuck between a rock and a hard place. Other than that, the apartment is great!"

"Moved here in late Aug. Assistant property manager WAS very, kind and helpful, responsive until I moved fully in. She used to say if you need help I'm here, call me email me, and she would respond and help. I believe she may hold a higher position now, not sure, she shares the same office as the lead property manager, and NOW she never responds to emails, calls etc. Idk something about it doesn't sit well with me. Think someone may be telling her not to respond or rubbing off on her in a bad way.. I don't like when people in business are dismissive It makes me feel like they could be untrustworthy or shiesty on the low or when they feel like it. Plus to me it's unprofessional. I don't like it. Lots of stink bugs have gotten in my bedroom, hate that. Alot of little things i don't like, too many to list..wish I would have looked into more thought more of before signing my lease. The middle apt homes are not worth the price..not spacious enough. Don't think I will be renewing."

"The absolute worst apartment complex in Louisville, BY FAR. For being in the east end they are cheap, but for a reason. In just my first two months residing here I had to have maintenance out 4 different times for the hot water being out. They stopped leaving the maintenance forms when they came out so as not to leave a paper trail of the issues. About a month ago, mainteance came in WHILE I WAS SLEEPING woke me up scared to death and said someone called about a water leak.. it wasn't me. Sketchy? Yes. Don't live here. You will regret it. I cannot wait until my lease is up in January!"
