"We moved to four seasons in July of 2020 and just moved January 31st 2024. This apartment complex is quiet and calm, nothing too much ever happens around there. The pool is a dream, so clean and refreshing after a hot day! Maintenance was always on the spot anytime you needed anything, Robert and Roger are amazing! I enjoyed living there the past 3 1/2 years and would definitely recommend it to my friends and family and anyone looking for a reasonable apartment!"

"Their Office is closed they have phone number at the door and application is in the box at the front door, they asked me to drop off the application and $150 application fees and paystubs offer letter from my employer I did all these and they’re not answering my phone calls and Emails they’re scammers they just want the $150 from everyone be careful very unprofessional and poor customer services. I will make sure to report them as well. I call 10 times no answer no call back I Emailed them no reply at all too."

"I cannot wait to move back into my apartment here at Four Seasons. I lived here previous in a town-home and it was absolutely perfect. I just toured a really nice unit and I was immediately sold. The staff are super helpful and even walked me through and older unit to show the updates they have made. I was VERY pleased. There are train tracks nearby, but its not too bad. It has never bothered me and I am a very light sleeper. I dont see how anyone would choose a different place to live."

"Do NOT move here!!! There is a train that runs ALL day and night, crosses the road and blows its horn so loud the windows in my apartment would rattle. Sometimes the train would run 6-8 times from 1am -7am. I talked to people who lived in those apartments for 10 years and would still wake up all night every time the train went by. The walls are soo thin, and you can hear every step the people above you take because the floors creak so bad. You can hear people talking, cooking, and watching tv from above you and both sides. I ended up breaking my lease after several months of sleeping horribly and being miserable. They charged me my deposit and half of my remaining lease balance but it was worth the money to get out of these awful apartments. I would never ever recommend anyone to live here and I’ve lived in several inexpensive apartment complexes that were so much better."
