"I recently tried to move into this trailer park and was denyed even with income 3 times the rent. As well I bought a trailer from a tentent to find out that the trailer park changed the locks on a trailer I owened. Also when it's time to move the trailer from the park they won't allow anyone to move the trailer unless you have lived there so many years so instead the trailer park buys your $10,000-$30,000 for the trade in price of $750. This trailer park is a scam I highly recommend finding a different place."

"No professional service given here. It started back in October when I decided to purchase home on lot 218. My residency was approved. My loan was approved. I put $500 earnest payment down and would put the rest of my down payment at closing. Tonya calls me in October tells me that they do not have the title and can we push the closing to the end if November. In November still no title and Tonya asks me to push out to the end of December. The closing was set for January 3rd, 2023. I made several calls to Tonya and she was avoiding my calls. Tonya finally calls me back and acts like she does not know who I am and tells me still no title. Now at this point we agree to meet on January 5th between 11 and 12. But guess who was a NO CALL NO SHOW on the 5th? That's right , Tonya. I drove through the park and lot 218 still is up for sale and they do not hold the title to sell the home. Now that's what I call professional!"
