"decent hotel, desk attendent wasn't around much after being checked in, strong smell of marijuana, toddler went into sauna with older sibling and got burned on the arm because there is no caution or warning signs ON THE SAUNA DOOR OR INSIDE THE SAUNA of any hot service inside, the only sign was on the pool door sating children under 16 must be supervised. AGAIN nothing about there being a hot surface or we wouldnt have let our children go in, not even the older kids. When called to talk to "owner" about this she stated that we were unresponsible parents for letting our children go in there because it says on the pool door children under 16 must be supervised, we were present. Also- beware and get out of the pool early as the lights will automatically shut off with no warning - happend to us with several children still in the pool- thank goodness for phones with flashlights. Sadly there aren't many choice hotels to chose from in Madison so I hope that we dont have to go in that direction again and stay there. Young girl working the night before was friendly but the owner clearly needs some people skills and know how to properly put out signs for safety."

"This place will receive no stars from me. They are charging me for 2 nights because of a medical emergency I had with my son instead of charging for one night for a late cancellation. Management is insensitive. I did return the call and left a voicemail around 2pm with no reply. This is why I contacted a 3rd party. I cannot control medical emergencies. The policy also states that you can only charge for one night but chose not to."

"We just left today after staying a few days and had a wonderful stay overall. Staff were attentive and friendly. We had a problem in our room that was out of their control and they fixed it and went above and beyond. Thanks for a great stay and if we come back through Madison we will keep you guys in mind."

"Excellent customer service from every staff member. The room had a slight musty smell, but was very clean, roomy, super comfortable bed, and all the amenities. The location is fantastic."
