"We have filed many complaints since April about upstair neighbors intentionally stomping around at the wee hours of the morning. This has caused my parent to end up in the hospital due to sleep deprivation and heightened stress. It shouldn’t take me and family members filing complaints and things still not being done. The new management of the complex SUCKS and ignores concerns due to being timid and not wanting to address tenants. STAY AWAY FROM HERE!! DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY!"

"I recently moved into Fenwick Place apartments. From the day I walked into the office to check out their property, I was greeted with fun, kind, caring, professional management. They have gone above and beyond my expectations to make sure my move was less stressful as possible. My dog is even at ease with our new home and loves the dog park! Last night they held a Paint n Sip event for the residents. Provided beverages and a burger bar by Steak and Shake! All compliments to the residents who wanted to sign up!! "Didn't mind living here. I enjoyed the location, staff, and neighbors. The area was safe and clean. I wouldn't say they are "luxury" living as most stuff is just landlord specials. Paint peeled off walls and patio door trying to scrub marks off, fridge is as basic as can be, wood flooring is cheap and thin. The counter tops were about the best quality thing. They are just okay units. Then came end of lease, and no mention of my rent going up a few hundred due to "market trends" after them knowing I already said I was having trouble affording to live, not until I went to sign a new lease one week before the current expired. Which was my fault for waiting. I moved out on the day my lease expired and they couldn't let it be a mutual understanding of both parties failing to give notices (they require 60 day vacancy notice, even if your contract is ending on time and paid fully). I'm in collections now for leaving at the end of my lease and not a day later. Who cares if the cost of living is screwed and people can't afford housing, they want more profit and will take advantage at your detriment."

"I’m giving the highest recommendation to Cathy, Tim, and the entire Fenwick Place team! They take great care of their residents and the property. The apartments are really nice and well maintained. The neighborhood is park like with many long term residents who are all very friendly and they have a great dog park! I felt totally safe and was very sad to have to relocate. You will not regret choosing these apartments if your looking for a wonderful place to live!"
