"The apartments themselves are extremely luxurious. Everything is well taken care of and the Ivy has so many amenities that make it even better. The heated pool, golf simulator, gym, free coffee machine, wine bar, etc. make this apartment so worth it. The staff here is also so friendly, especially Alfredo, who made the entire experience so easy and make us feel welcomed. I love this place"
"So I moved into the Ivy beginning of November and so far it’s been amazing. Office staff is amazing outside area is great. Walls are a little thin but it’s not a big deal. Location is perfect. This is the perfect home for someone like me."
"Male a long story, short...I renewed my lease mainly because of the kindness and support that the maintenance staff has shown me in the last year and I feel The IVY is a greater community based on their hard work and kindness that they shown on a consistent basis. I don't want to take away any credit for the rest of the staff, i.e., the leasing office. However Mel & Andrew in maintenance have always shown me the utmost respect and make it a priority to not only expedite my request but others as well in the IVY community. There's four buildings here with many tenants that keep them busy all day and when they are on call as well. In this current climate in the US, we can use more people with Mel & Andrew's mindset. They get the work done and show kindness always. At the end of the day, It's just a place of stay to me, however, but kindness and empathy go a long way with me. If you are considering The Ivy as your next home, you are in good hands here. It is our own personal responsibility to show each other more grace to build a stronger community, where people feel safe and heard. And these guys are a good definition of what right looks like. "This is by far the best experience I’ve had at an apartment complex! The leasing office staff have been great, but the maintenance techs are really the stars of the show. They take care of everything super quickly and they really seem like they know what they’re doing. My washing machine quit working and the same day a wonderful tech came named Andrew. He was in and out in like 5 minutes and knew exactly what to do. I feel like I’m in great hands here at the Ivy!"
