She also found a company that makes contacts for my bad left eye in matter of minutes. I ended up getting a pair of glasses and a contact trial."

"The eye doctor herself was really nice, helpful, and thorough. Check in lady was not that nice and the same lady who checked me in had to do my pressure test with the puff of air. She puffed my eyes at least 10 times in each eye because she couldn’t do it correctly with neither the stationary device nor handheld device. I have eye issues and have been to many, many eye doctors over the years and have never had that experience. It was awful. The lady who helped me pick out frames was helpful, but only after asking a ton of questions. Nobody there seemed excited to help the patients, except the actual eye doctor."

"The eye doctor at the shepherdsville location is a super nice wonderful doctor I love my glasses she did an amazing job. However, the ladies who work upfront there are extremely rude at times if you have to call and ask questions Good luck because it Apparently to them, it’s a major chore to answer the phone and answer questions and they also will tell you that they will call you when your glasses are ready be sure to call and ask for yourself when looking at frames they offer no help they offer. No one help both times I’ve been there all they’re doing is sitting around at their computers or just chitchatting super rude customer service on their part."
