"Everyone was amazing. The Practice Manager Amanda seemed to really care. All the nurses, and my doctor Alanna was super professional."
"We took our 10 mth old granddaughter to this location for an illness.I had read the previous reviews and I was concerned. But we did not experience that at all. everyone there was very helpful and nice ."
"If I could give this place a ZERO I would. Just moved out to Shepherdsville and am sick with a fever and Flu symptoms. Staff was extremely rude and the nurse practitioner was extremely rude. Utterly annoyed I was there she checked me out and told me my ears were full of fluid. Miraculously my test came back negative and they gave me absolutely nothing to help my symptoms other than an allergy spray. Three hours later I go home and my fever is up to 102. I called up and asked for a note saying that I needed to not work in the office and stay home. Since they didn’t offer to give me one while I was up there I thought should be the problem. They refused saying what I chose to do because I am ill is between me and my employer. I urge every one if you wanted to actually be treated and given respect go anywhere but this facility."

"i brought my 12 month old daughter here on 9/16 the 2 people that she saw were very rude. They were annoyed that my daughter was crying. She was running a fever they did not do the rectal temperature which is most accurate for babies. They misdiagnosed my daughter with an ear infection and the medication she prescribed (cefdinir) made her even more sick i ended up in the ER twice. Both emergency rooms i went to afterwards said her ears weren’t red at all."
