"One too many stars. This practice left me hanging. Canceled my appointment that i had for 6 months with little notice and tried to put me off for months. I have had skin cancer and truly wanted to be seen. Can't depend on them. They can't keep providers either. Too busy looking at the dollar signs to care about your skin. Shame Shame Shame."

"I saw Brittany Boylan she is great!!! But her nurse Abby is very rude!! She was so rude to me, that I decided to find another dermatologist, Abby got a very rude attitude with me over the phone, because all I wanted her to do is give me the paperwork for the blood work they needed me to do, so I can take it to my primary Care's phlebotomist, and she can do my blood work because she is so awesome!!! because the first time I was there at the skin group 2 nurses took my blood and blew my veins in my right arm and my left. And I don't feel comfortable with them taking my blood anymore, so when I asked her for the paperwork she got very rude with me telling me I haven't been complying with her because she had been trying to call to give me my results, well I'm sorry I have to work and I can't answer my phone when you call because I am driving, and when I can call they are closed, same thing in the morning I'm at work before they are opened, so what am I supposed to call, and I told them they can leave the results on my voicemail, and I had to cancel my appointment for my check up where I seen Brittany Boylan before, I had to cancel it because I had a mandatoroy meeting at work I had to attend, but that is why I had to cancel my appointment for that day... So that is why Abby told me that I wasn't being complying with her...But I did get my results from my primary care doctor tho."

"Front office staff are phenomenal. Shannon England (nurse practioner) and her assistant not so much. Took me 10 days to get medication filled and another day to have it delivered due to Shannon being on vacation. Are there no doctor's who help out when the other's go on vacation? I have been to her 3 times. I'm getting a 2nd opinion on both of the problems I saw her about because I'm still dealing with them. I've had one for 2 years and the other one for 8 months. There is no way I'm spending more time and money at this office."

"I LOVE Dr. Yatsuknenko! She is so thorough, she listens and explains each step of what she is doing, always makes sure your questions are answered. Her nurses are also wonderful and the receptionists too. She is the best of the best! I highly recommend her to anyone who wants outstanding care!"
