"My family has been insured with State Farm for 20+ years we've never had any issues until the past 4 years or so. Fortunately we have not been in any accidents, received any traffic violations or had to make any sort of insurance claim in the past 7 years (outside of a windshield replacement and one tow truck bill). But despite this, and having the same cars with the same coverage, our bill has gone up significantly for absolutely no reason. We have called to ask about the price increase and no one can seem to give an explanation. This is absurd!"

"This place is absolutely the worse insurance company I've ever experienced. I've had insurance with this company for years and it's been nothing but trash. I never had a accident, never had a ticket, and never had a problem with my vehicle whatsoever. However, I go to pay my bill and its been raised by $15. This wouldn't be terrible, but this is the 3rd price hike in 3 years! I'm now paying almost $450 per month for insurance. This recent price hike came without any warning and they even charged me a policy change charge for something I had no idea was even happening. What a bunch of cool. DO NOT recommend!"
