"First and last I will ever be seen here. Went to go get seen for stomach pain that was extremely bad. The first thing they did was tested me for Covid and flu! To me this didn’t make sense because I don’t have the symptoms for Covid/flu…I wasn’t even sick! The doctor comes in and say “Oh we’re waiting for the results to come back”. I was livid because I am in pain, literally in balled up in the fetal position from so much pain I was going through. The nurse came in a gave me a pill to take for acid reflux. The doctor came back in and said we can’t do anything else for you…they didn’t run no test or nothing for my stomach pain! Told me if it gets worse to go to the ER. She said she put in medication for me at Walgreens. I went to walgreens and waited over an hour. Walgreens still didn't receive anything. so I called urgent care to see the status of my prescription and the lady on the phone said the doctor never put it in and that she will call me back with the status. So I waited another 30 mins for them to call back, still no call. So I called them and the lady said “she just put it in and have a great night” then she just hung up on me. I perceived that to be rude because you didn’t ask did I have any more questions. She just hung up on me. This place is disgusting, starting from the doctor on down the the front receptionist. The only the doctor was worried about was getting me a Covid/flu test when I didn’t even have those symptoms to take one. She wouldn’t even do anything until she got those results back. Never again will I come to this place to be seen! I wish I could give them 0 stars to put my experience on here!"
