"My daughter started attending here in February in the 2yr old class, I was shocked at the kids vocabulary! They would say things like "Good morning", "Hi Gia", "Your Gia's mommy!" etc. My daughter didn't really talk much when she first started in February, but now she won't stop! All of the teachers have been so great, if my daughter didn't feel good they call her dad or myself to let us know. And they provide snacks and meals!!! I would recommend Austin South Christian Academy to anyone!!!"
"ASCA was phenomenal! My kids spent almost 2 years at this daycare. I had one full-time child and 2 after school students. In the 2 years they we're there, I never had a problem. The staff is very friendly, very engaged, and very responsive. Their Director is hands down the most helpful, patient, caring Director I have ever encountered! My children loved this place so much, they literally felt down in the dumps when they found out we were moving and they would not be attending anymore. As a parent it means alot to me, knowing that the bond they made with these wonderful ladies was so strong and so meaningful to them. It speaks volumes of this child care center. Anyone making negative reviews is honestly just bitter or misunderstood, because this place and their staff are the best no questions asked!"
"My daughter goes here. I love the place i just wish they worked on their food menu. My daughter always seems starving when i pick her up. Other than that i like the staff and angeles. I brought up an issue i had and i havent seem the problem re occur."
"After my son being enrolled for a year, there were ups and downs. I understand no center or daycare is perfect, but just the lack of care or willingness to address any issues unless it was brought up several times is downright disgusting in a place that is supposed to care for your children. My son had been getting hit by another child at this facility, to which I had brought up concerns to: his teacher, the second director miss Angeles, and the owner miss Elizabeth Kempf, after this issue being brought up over he course of months, it finally came to a parent teacher conference where the solution from the owner was “if you don’t like it, leave.” To have such little care for the safety of children shocked me, but the child causing the problems was no longer there so we settled our differences and agreed they were ok. That’s when a plethora of issues continued. Over the course of three months, my child was sent home, or we were informed he couldn’t return unless we shampooed him for lice four times! All four times, he was apparently the only one that had them, until the last time. The last time, it was my son and another child whose parents were seen taking a photo of not only A) too many children being on the playground with only one teacher (there were 21 to the one teacher) and B) eight or nine year old children playing amongst the class that had the four year olds. These older children were climbing on a kitchen playset while there were younger children inside of it. My child was punched in the face by another child, which left a bruise, I was never given an incident report because “I never asked for it” and parents telling they’re children in front of the class, “if someone puts their hands on you, you knock them the f*** out.” I have witnessed children going off on their own well ahead of the teachers walking in between buildings, which the parking lot is in between them, or teachers just letting the kids out so they can walk on their own. To summarize, the things I have seen at this facility are astounding, with no corrections being implemented. There is segregation based on skin color, and when you ask too many questions, they choose to terminate your services with them."
"My two kids started together and now just my son....I have no complaints what so ever. The owners and office staff and teachers always make me feel welcomed and keeps me informed of my sons day. Love it"
