"We went yesterday at about 430 and had a great time with the grands. Most of the machines were in working order and the facility was very clean…as were the restrooms. About 6:00 we ordered cake and popsicles for the children. We waited and no dessert came out. We finally got a refund and left. Disappointing end to a nice visit. Service is very slow to say the least."

"Great for parties or play days. For the games, you can now buy time on a card in minutes, instead of credits. Your kids can play for 30 minutes or an hour, or more. This is great since it’s impossible to run out of credits during that time. The tickets are applied to the card, so no more counting tickets when it’s prize time. If you need to take a break, you can also pause the card for a bit. Food portions are great. Pizza is good. The salad bar is available if you want something a little healthier."

"Went to a birthday party on a Saturday. Good amount of people but still plenty of places to sit. All of the games and machines were working. You pay by the hour, so unlimited games within the time you select. Self-serve drink station is convenient."

"Just went to Chuck E. Cheese in South Austin and I must say that I like the way they have the set up now. They added more rides and games that my 6 year old can enjoy. It is starting to get a little pricey and wish they would offer better coupons they will at least make it reasonable on an off day. Because of that we don’t get to enjoy it more but when I do take my 6 year we do have a good time. He loves going to Chuck E. Cheese"
