I went to get my eyelashes done and left ,no more than a hour later I called to let them know my lash was coming off and they said they do not guarantee services even if it hasn't even been a hour. I will never go here again so unprofessional."

"I really don't even want to give 1 star. I'm the most patient person in the world so for me to want to smack fire from beneath these people SAYS A LOT! people should not come here. Very nasty and disrespectful for no reason at all. With the exception of Kim. Suppose to open at 9am...they pull up 9:15(not a problem) there's two customers in here. Three employees. I sit in chair to get a pedicure and stayed in that position for 14 minutes. I asked nicely how much longer while she walking around sweeping...she starts yelling loudly with attitude " gimme a minute" ...ma'am I gave you several minutes. This lady energy was terrible. She got snippy with another customer and the lady walked out. It's too much to type. I wish they get some paws put on them."

"I came to this nail salon last Friday and the service was not great. Rushed service. Upcharged on basic nail set. Almost a week later and I feel like it was a waste of time and money. Never will come again."
