"I'm disappointed in Child Inc, as a whole. As of today, the cooperate office hasn't called me back about my complaint. I have called twice. This confirms that I made the correct decision, removing my child from the st. James location and this program all together. If the cooperate office is okay with Manger saying, "If the wrong person picks her up, they are not responsible," YOU are responsible! You are liable, actually! You are the child care center, especially if I updated her list months ago and then had to double back and provide names again because of y'all negligence. Watch out! They make false temp readings to send your kids home. They are constantly prying in your business and rude. So much more has happened. They can lie, but I have witnesses. In the time of Stricklin, this would never be okay. Be careful, folks."

"I filled out a application months ago I called to check the status of my application got a call back from a “Donnette” the conversation went well and she told me she would be able to get my daughter in by 12/01/19 and to follow up with her I’ve been calling leaving voicemails for weeks now and I have yet to hear from her she’s been “sick”, “on vacation”, and “not in today” for 6 weeks now VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!"

"I really like Ms Natasha She is very helpful and anytime I had any questions are concerns she would answer are respond in a timely matter. I give 2 stars cause the lady I believe her name is Amy over head start she never calls back are answer any calls. I understand people are busy but that is very unprofessional when someone is calling in regards to head start information. Its a business so things should be done in a business matter.I have been calling literally for weeks no answer no phone call returns are nothing."
