Kid City USA - Friendswood

"Yeah, it’s a major NO for me. Help me understand having the time to report any and every little thing that a child does, but suddenly not having the time to report that same child being hurt/injured. Make it make sense. And it’s not like the child can speak for themselves. This reinforced my distrust of daycares. And then they had the nerve to brush it off as “just an accident”. How am I supposed to know that???????"

"I love kid city. I've moved allot and have tried several daycares all over Texas. This is the best one I've used. Things I value: Competent, friendly staff. Extremely nice people. always tell me to have a great day! :) and know me and my son even with so many kids. My son is also well taken care of. When in diapers, he was changed often. He comes home clean. Not with questionable dirt on face or hands. Curriculum- The teachers are structured and I've never doubted their abilities. This is more than a daycare. My son has learned so much at age of 3. Things I never would expect him to know. Super clean facilities. I never seen a mess anywhere. The class rooms are wiped down often through the day. See people cleaning all the time. Amenities- large, clean, modern play area with water splash pad!! Great for Texas summers. Hours-open early and are actually staffed in morning. Finding a daycare that opens before 7 is surprisingly a challenge and other places I've been the teacher was late or not ready for kids when they are supposed to be. Cameras. I thought I'd use this more often honestly. I really don't. But it is available for peace of mind if I want to peak in or I just miss my sons face. Extra activities. Pajama day. Holiday parties for the kids. Pictures with Santa. Regular pictures. Parents night out!! This has come in handy for date night! Way cheaper than a babysitter. Most importantly, my son enjoys going here. He wants to go see "friends "."

"Both of my kids go to kid city for preschool ! The staff is very friendly and accommodating! Both of my kids love there. I like that they offer school activities/extracurricular activities such as piano, karate during school hours, which helps parents save some time for these activities after school. Teachers are friendly and happy to talk about kids at pick up. They have bigger playgrounds n splash pad."

"I'm very happy I chose kid City in Friendswood for my son starting when he was 2 months old. He's now been there 2.5 years. They do so many neat activities and have a great outdoor play area for the kids. My son has learned so much by attending Kid City and the staff members are so sweet and accomodating! They provide all meals and have cameras in each classroom, both of which are huge pros in my eyes!"
