"GreatClips sell your information to 3rd Parties and you will receive promotional junk mail all the time. I kept receiving junk mails (paper mail), and when I contacted their privacy department, their response was that they are not in direct control of promotionnal email. And that we need to contact DMAChoice to pay a fee to be removed temporarly for for 10 years. Your information will be sold and you will receive mail forever unless you pay every 10 years to prevent it."

"I've been taking my boys for haircuts here for over a year but we will not be back. Our most recent visit I took my 4 and 6 year old and my 4 year old ended up with a very crooked cut. Because they had styled it with gel I didn't notice until I arrived home. It wouldn't have been a big deal, but my husband brought him back today to get the cut corrected and they accused me of cutting it myself like that crooked after his cut and they were rude. We definitely will not be back to any great clips location. This is just poor service and ridiculous. I'm very disappointed with how this was handled."
