"Very nice it helped me"
"They made a difficult process easy. thank you!"
"I hope that no one has to use their services but they are an amazing resource. So very kind and helpful when you are in need."
"I cannot express how much Jonna and her supervisor have helped my family through an unbelievably hard time. Especially Jonna has gone out of her way to help my granddaughter, her Mom, her Dad and even me the Grandma. I don't know that we would have made through this last year without them. They have responded to emergency situations, have supported us through legal matters. I cannot thank them enough."
"This place, these people, are NOT equipped and able to work with children traumatized or not. They had my son stripped naked, laying on his face with his arms held in place over his head. They held him in that position for nearly 15 minutes. They had done the same exam just 2 or 3 days prior at the hospital. He was scared and he was crying and noone except me seemed to notice or care. My son has a good 6th sense about people and he was terrified of these people almost from meeting them. I do not recommend that anyone ever reach out to these people for help or support. They really need and deserve to be shut down based on their horrible treatment of children. I really hope they do not have children of their own. I would have great concerns for any child left alone in their care. The "doctor" and her assistant took my son in the room to begin his exam without me present. A few moments later, I heard my son crying horribly, sounding hurt and afraid. When I went towards his cries, the two workers met me in the hallway. My son had a new cut on his head with fresh blood coming from it. When I asked them what happened, neither one seemed to know or understand what was going on. Be warned. These are not people you can trust with your previous children."
