Challenges keep coming and gains are noticed. Finished PT, will now use the Gym portion. Orientation next. Doing water aerobics and leg and arm exercises on the machines twice a week. Improving. Water aerobics up to 4 times per week plus machines twice per week. Staff is great for me. Started PT again for knees. Still trying to get water aerobics in also. PT and Therapy Pool are working. Building back up after vacation. Continuing PT, plus water aerobics variations 3 days a week."
