"Food delivery for a new employee... the manager on duty (12:00PM - 8/31/23) had no clue who I was asking for. She turned to her staff member & asked if there were any new employees of the day. The staff member didn't know (& why would she know?). The food delivery was rejected because ultimately, the shift manager didn't seem to know who is working in the store. McDonald's managers should pay better attention to their crew."
"We arrived to eat breakfast at 10:25. The employee taking orders was extremely slow and was carrying on nonsense conversation with the people infront of us. This caused the time to be 10:31 when it was our time to order. She then said we could not order breakfast because it was past 10:30??!! This is not what I would call decent service, let alone good."
