"We had a great stay in this downtown Louisville apartment. It's perfectly located to everything. It's just a 7 min walk to 4th Street Live, a 15 min walk to Louisville Comedy Club, or just grab an Uber. Check in was easy. Plenty of room for 4 of us and 2 dogs. We had a couple of maintenance issues, but Kasa was on it. We never had to wait very long to get it resolved. Maintenance was quick and courteous."

"Apartment was very nice and clean. A little outdated but that didn’t bother me. Easy walk to the convention center and around town. Check in and checkout was easy and detailed. Only problem we had was trying to find the dumpster to put trash in before we left."

"Great location- felt very secure-very spacious. The kitchen was well stocked. The unit I had needed a bit of TLC- closet doors were off, blinds on the sliding doors fell apart when touched, the front door was a little loose. We did not do any cooking but the kitchen area was nice. I felt it was a great value for the money. Beds were comfy. Secure parking was free which is a big plus as the hotels charge daily to park."

"When I first arrived had a little issue with the first unit. They addressed it immediately. Extremely professional, accommodating, and friendly. The apartment unit was clean, and stocked with your basic needs, and super comfortable beds. Location is short walk for food and bars. My only issue was the air conditioner didn't work in the main bedroom. It worked in the bathroom so we used a fan to move the air around. I would definitely stay with these owners again. I would highly recommend them to anyone."
